Terms of Use — Cleanjet

1. Eligibility

The App is available for all users. If you are under the age of 18, you should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Use of the App

• The App provides cleaning and optimization features for mobile devices.
• All cleaning processes (e.g., duplicate photos, similar images, videos, contacts) are performed locally on your device. Your personal photos, videos, and contacts are never uploaded to our servers.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Cleanjet may offer free features as well as premium features accessible through subscriptions or one-time purchases.
• Payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store, with subscription management handled by RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple App Store account settings.
• We do not process or store your payment details directly.

4. Free Trials & Refunds

• If a free trial is offered, you will be charged once the trial period ends, unless you cancel before renewal.
• Refunds are handled according to the Apple App Store’s policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Firebase – analytics & crash reporting
• RevenueCat – subscription management
• Apple App Store – payments
• AdMob – advertising

Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, features, and content, remain the property of Fitbest Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App, and continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.
